Program areas at Next Generation Men and Women

Executed a year long program for multiple cohorts of students aimed at bringing college and career readiness to life for participants. The programs met one to two times per week after school and also included monthly exposure visits to different companies and colleges across atlanta where students met with real industry professionals and learned what it takes to achieve the specific careers they are experiencing. The students also participated in multiple large-scale events throughout the year, including a networking night, a career discovery day, and the Next gen games - an interscholastic competition that tested the skills the students had worked on throughout the year.
