24 hour residential care services - community living services provides residential homes for individuals in neighborhood settings where participating in the community is emphasized. There are 25 cilas supporting 130 individuals.
Indiana - provides community-based services for people with development disabilities
Day services - developmental training offers individuals the opportunity to work, increase job skills, and participate in support services that enhance their ability to make choices and interact in the community. These support services include individualized training, job coaching, advocacy training, case management, counseling, classes at local community college and participation in special olympics.senior services offers older individuals a unique alternative to traditional day program services by providing opportunities to work and participate in community activities and socialize with their peers. This program allows seniors to remain active, healthy, and contributing members of society. It also specializes in meeting the needs of people experiencing physical, mental, and emotional challenges later in life.
Family residential care services - in home intermittent cila services provides services to individuals residing in family supported homes in the community. The emphasis is to provide support services to families to ensure that the individual remains in a family setting. Staff works with individuals for a maximum of 15 hours per week on individualized goals and objectives such as socialization, community outings, self-care, skill enhancement, economic self-sufficiency, and medication administration.
Supportive employment - offers individuals employment opportunities in a supervised setting. Job coaching, training, and counseling services are all offered to enhance each individual's ability to work independently in the community.community development - offers individualized training toward securing and maintaining gainful employment in the community. Once on the job, individuals receive support and supervision until they demonstrate the skill and independence necessary to maintain their employment.
Respite - provides short-term care solution for individuals unable to care for themselves. Respite care provides temporary relief to those unpaid persons (such as a parent or guardian) normally providing care. Care is offered within a variety of settings such as the consumer's place of residence, the caregiver's home, state approved day habilitation facilities, and in non-private residential setting (such as a respite home).
Special recreation department - provides assessment, planning, development and facilitates therapeutic recreation programs. All programs are designed to meet the varied needs of persons with intellectual disabilities.
