New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA) is an organization of Chief Education Officers and school administrators who lead school districts in New Jersey's 21 counties. The Association's mission is to ensure a superior statewide system of education. Through ongoing professional training and education, the Association shares knowledge among its members about best practices from both an educational and an administrative perspective. Its goal is to move education forward by ensuring the highest quality of instruction for all New Jersey's children.

Membership services -members of the Association are provided benefits which includes both legal and professional development amongst other benefits.

Professional development -various training programs and conferences are offered throughout the year to the members of the Association as continuing educational programs.

Legislatives and legal services -the legislative committee reviews and analyzes legislative proposals and administrative regulations that have an impact on the administration of education or the financial condition of the members. Research publications are also available to School Administrators to keep them abreast of complex statutes and regulations.
