New Horizons Non-Profit housing corporation (the corporation) is a Michigan Non-Profit housing corporation organized on a non-stock basis by cooperative services, Inc., a Michigan Non-Profit cooperative. The corporation was formed in june 1983 to operate a 126 unit apartment complex located in madison heights, mi (the property). In a prior year, 1 unit was converted to a community space with hud's approval. The corporation operates under section 223(f) of the national affordable housing act, as amended.
