Urban Community Alliance

Provided case management to the juvenile review board,family preservation and services,reunification and male involvement network. The uca served over 500 families in the greater new haven area. The juvenile review board served over 200 juveniles between hamden and new haven ct. The program facilitated over 140 panels and exceeded their kpi goals. The male involvement program served over 50 fathers in the greater new haven area.the intensive family preservation and reunification program exceeded their requirement to serve 26 families. The v.e.t.t.s. Program served over 33 unduplicated youth throughout the state of Connecticut resulting in over 30,200 hours of mentoring support rendered. Urban Community alliance (uca)provides support to clients and the Community through food support,clothing drive, back to school events, summer programming, health relations workshops, trauma, mental health referrala, and outreach/recruitment of honorably discharged military vets.
