Logos Academy Harrisburg

New City School was launched in september of 2016 as a free preschool patterned after the joshua group's program on allison hill. New City School primarily serves low-income students in Harrisburg. The first year, nine students participated in the program. With the addition of a pre-k class in 2017 and a kindergarten class in 2018, the School grew to an enrollment of just under 30 students. Additional grades were added each year, and in september 2023, the School will add fourth grade, with a total anticipated enrollment of more than 70 students in preschool through fourth grades. In 2018, New City School formally affiliated with Logos Academy in york. Logos Academy Harrisburg is a christ-centered School, whose mission is to provide a quality and compassionate education to students of Harrisburg, regardless of financial means or faith commitment.
