Scholarly programs - the Center identified talented scholars to provide financial support and a stimulating environment for the best work in the Humanities. Additional services provided to the fellows include library and dining services.
Public engagement - through public engagement intimately linked to scholarly and educational programs, the Center promotes understanding of the Humanities and their foundational role in a democratic society. The Center communicates with fellows, trustees and other friends via the nhc website, social media, informational email, podcasting and live video streaming.
