Program areas at NCJW

Children's room -children's rooms provide parents who are involved in court proceedings a safe and nurturing place to secure their children while they are involved in court business.
Kids community closets (kcc) - ncjw has worked with 19 community organizations and schools to establish and stock year round closets to provide winter clothing, winter jackets and books to children in grades k-5 throughout the year.
Momswork-momswork reduces the outflow of mothers from the labor force and supports her efforts to return through programming, networking, and infrastructure efforts.
Advocacy - at the National level, ncjw works to advance the well-being and staus of Women, children and families to ensure and advance individual and civil rights. All the local level, ncjw works in coalition for accessible and affordable child care and out-of-school time options, complete access to reproductive healthcare options, paid family medical leave and wage equity for Women of color with a focus on black Women.
