Program areas at NATSO
Advocacy: works to advocate on behalf of the travel plaza and truckstop industry, monitoring regulations and legislation to assess the effect on Natso members. Advances the industry's interests by influencing government action and public opinion on highway issues such as commercialization, tolling and truck parking and represents the industry on environmental and energy issues, primarily diesel fuel.
Membership dues offers three types of membership: truckstop/travel plaza, truckstop/travel plaza associate and allied. Provides members a variety of benefits, such as discounted credit card processing, access to Natso's publications and government affairs representation.
Knowledge: provides access to knowledge resources to help members make good business decisions. Delivers the latest content to members on trends and news affecting the industry through in person and distance learning opportunities and its annual convention.
