Federal benefits and retirement plans are unique, complex and subject to change. Narfe provides both Federal workers and retirees with the clear, reliable and accessible counsel they need to make critical decisions and gain confidence in a secure future. Narfe webinars, training conferences, magazine, online benefit resource library, and individual counseling services all offer in-depth expertise on key issues.
Narfe's advocacy program is advanced in congress and in the administration by a team of registered lobbyists backed by an informed network of grassroots activists in every state and congressional district, as well as a member-supported political action committee.
Membership dues support the exempt purpose of the organization by delivering information and resources, in both print and digital formats, designed for the Federal community. Legislative and benefits experts provide insight and guidance that enable members to understand and maximize their Federal benefits and advocate on behalf of america's civil servants before legislators.
