Nashville Community Bail Fund

We fulfilled our mission of excusing low-income individuals from pretrial detention who have not been convicted of a crime. Once again in record capacity we are continuing on a path of creating social equity and betterment for the criminal justice system and those who are under privileged. Made $1,140,801 in bails for participants assumed innocent in 2023. Successfully posted 352 bails. We had $952,040 returned to us from the Tennessee clerk's office for cases successfully closed. We averaged 29 bails a month at an average of $2,600 each and only lost $2,500 for 2023.
