Conducting monthly discussion groups with advocates (other student-athletes)that explore various topics dealing with depression, anxiety, food disordersamong other topicsc. Initiating community events that shed light on the extent of mental healthchallenges experienced by student-athletes, which help to eliminate the stigma, normalize conversations and, ultimately, equalize the treatment of mental andphysical health conditionsthe first ambassadors were "signed" on sept. 13, 2020.
