RISE stands for Realize my potential, Invest in myself and others Strengthen my resolve and Envision the possibilities. A trained, paid adult mentor will be paired one-on-one with a youth aged 10-18, or 18-21, and still under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, for intensive intervention services. They will meet for a minimum of 8 hours monthly for a minimum of one year. The primary youth targeted for referral will be: adjudicated juvenile with a level II or level III disposition, or PRS Mentors will provide Behavior Contracting services, working on skills and preventing recidivism. Provide literacy training for adults, to encourage parents to read to their children and summer programs to encourage children to read when out of school. All programs are geared toward helping all ages to do better in life through remedial education

In-school mentering program is in local schools. Project in sixth year mentoring coordinators pair children ay local schools with volunteers. Students involved in in-school mentoring explore careers, get acdemic assistance, complete community service project, take educational trips attend summer camp, particpate in community events
