Mlac

The mt. Lebanon aqua club (Mlac) a competitive swim team in western Pennsylvania for over 50 years, our coaching staff has offered unparalleled instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities from nationally and internationally ranked swimmers to children who have mastered basic swimming skills and are ready for a greater challenge. We have programs to fit every childs needs. Swimmers who learn correct swimming technique from the very beginning are stronger and therefore safer swimmers throughout their life. It is our goal to develop confident safe swimmers who will enjoy the sport whether they go on to join a competitive team or just join friends at the pool. We are very proud of the quality programs we offer to the community of mt. Lebanon Mlac swimmers are divided into 5 practice groups based upon ability level. Stingray, dolphin,barracuda, marlin, and shark swimmers participate with their groups and compete in local and national meets based on or defined by usa swimming. Tryouts are required of all swimmers.
