COACHING, EQUIPPING AND TRAINING CHURCH LEADERS - We have assembled a team of experienced and caring coaches who provide mentoring, consulting, counseling and encouragement to leaders all over Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia. We are training new coaches from these countries to provide this kind of care to one another.

HELPING THE HURTING - We partner with compassionate local leaders who provide marriage counseling, addiction recovery, PTSD recovery, emotional intelligence training and other services to help people deal with the difficulties in life. As they help with these psychological needs, our leaders explain how faith in God can help overcome loss and pain as well as provide supernatural help with recovery. In addition, we partner with local believers to meet local needs in their communities. We responded to the needs of many individuals displaced by the conflict in Ukraine.

PLANTING NEW CHURCHES - We help local church leaders to develop more leaders, build effective launch teams, engage in evangelism, provide discipleship for new believers, start small groups and enjoy Sunday celebrations. We encourage churches to become healthy churches that plant daughter churches throughout their cities and countries.
