Mind Shift recruits, assesses, trains and employs individuals with autism spectrum disorder and similar conditions through its mission. Its self-sustaining model allows businesses to benefit from the detail-oriented skills of people on the autism spectrum, while providing meaningful and sustainable employment. Mind Shift is also driving the nationwide expansion of the proven international job creation and employment concept, Specialisterne ("the specialists"). It assesses, trains and employs individuals with autism as consultants in information technology and other sectors.

Program areas at Mind Shift

Q3 we had 70 specialists workers- our highest number in one quarter; We began to strategically plan with businesses to hire individuals directly with 6 individuals who were hired by the business in 2022; Our candidate training program transitioned to an virutal model during 2022 with full implementation beginning January 2023; We hired two individuals who are on the autism for two staff postions with one beginning work in 12/22 and the second one beinning in 1/23; hired a market area manager in Colorado and one in Milwuakee (these positions work in business development and support employment services until we reach a critical mass of individuals working in each market.
