The organization provides its services to almost 2,000 members. Massp succeeded in educating its members, administrators of schools, on current issues and techniques and encouraging formation/development of student leadership groups. Educational trainings to these members includes three main dimensions: improvement of instructional practice, vision mission and learning-focused culture, and management of systems and processes. In addition to training in these three dimensions, massp hosts state-wide conferences and events along with on-demand and online programming that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Massp's expert consultants can tailor additional professional development to the strengths and needs of individual educators, buildings, and districts to help teachers, School leaders, and district administrators achieve their vision for powerful, equitable teaching and learning.
