Music/recording ministry - the organization reached an estimated 4,800 individuals through the distribution of 1,600 cds and digital audios of religious music and devotional prayers that foster a deeper experience of god's mercy.
Publishing ministry - the organization reached an estimated 85,000 individuals through the distribution of 28,000 catholic books, e-books, and dvds in english, spanish, polish, dutch, slovakian, korean, chinese, and croatian. An estimated additional 30,000 individuals were reached through licensing agreements for 3rd party distribution of several books.
Teaching and personal ministry - the organization reached an estimated 300,000 individuals with catholic teachings, via live and virtual presentations, social media, and tv/livestream programs.
Merciful outreach ministry. The organization continued its outreach to various individuals, religious congregations, parishes, lay ministries, and prisons through the donation of complimentary books, booklets, cds, and dvds.
