Adopt-a-block - Mercy Drops' adopt-a-block program was started to serve the under-resourced neighborhoods in the hampton roads community. Transformation housing program - the transformation housing program is a faith-based program designed to help men that are struggling with addictions or any other life-controlling problems free of charge. The program is designed to help men achieve spiritual, mental, physical, and financial success through self-discipline, time-management, and healthy relationships.
