INTENSIVE FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES works with families and caregivers of an adult with mental illness. There is outreach into the home to provide individualized consultation and support. Educational workshops, family support groups and respite services are also offered.
PEER OUTREACH SUPPORT & COMMUNITY ADVOCATE PROGRAM(POST & CAP) The Peer Outreach Support Team and Community Advocate Program promotes independence by linking clients to mental health, medical, housing, employment, and self-help groups in the community. The employees are individuals who have a mental illness and who serve as mentors for other adults with mental illness.
INVOLUNTARY OUTPATIENT COMMITMENT-Provides court ordered mental health monitoring, intensive case management & assistance to mental health consumers who have been resistant to and have difficulty engaging in outpatient treatment. The goal is to engage the mental health consumer in the community treatment and avoid repeated hospitalizations.
Consumer Parent Support Network - the purpose is to support parents with a diagnosis of mental illness in their parenting efforts and to promote the healthy functioning of the family unit. Case management, advocacy, parent training, support groups and peer support are provided.
OUTPATIENT COUNSELLING is a comprehensive individual, couples, group and family therapy for adults, teenagers and children. Confidential, professional services are provided by licensed clinical professionals and Board Certified Psychiatrist.
