Leadership Skills for Creating a Successful Post-Pandemic FutureThe program provided an opportunity for RI Bio life sciences employer partners to offer training to help develop and retain leaders in their organizations. The training was offered virtually and provided flexible options for employees to take one or as many of the six courses to best meet their needs. The training offered the chance for employees who completed all of the courses to be considered for additional projects, new assignments or leadership roles.
RI Biotech Boot CampThe RI Biotech Boot Camp offered a solution to meet industry's needs for an immediate industry trainedtalent pool. After successful completion of the boot camp, participants were coached through a resume writing/interview preparation workshop to secure entry-level positions in the biotech,pharmaceutical and healthcare fields.
Essentials of Project Management and Advanced Project Management Training This program helped individuals understand how to learn and utilize project management skills to create high performance employees and teams in a hybrid work environment.
