3s project: in response to the increasingly dangerous precipice of war between the us and north korea, the 3s project was created as a means to de-escalate tensions, mitigate accidental war, and interrupt the potential outbreak of violence. The 3s project is an intensive, interdisciplinary hands-on team with a surgical, strategic focus on the urgent and difficult problem of de-escalating the north korea crisis.
Civic health project is dedicated to reducing extreme polarization and creating healthier civil discourse in our citizenry, politics, and media. We sponsor, execute, and promote projects that deliver measurable improvements in rationality, empathy, and decision outcomes for the sake of a healthier, more functional democracy.
Living room conversations is an open-source project exploring the power of revitalized civil discourse in america. Our vision is a world in which people who have fundamental differences of opinion and backgrounds work together with respect to realize the vibrant future we all desire. Our platform enables people to come together through social networks to engage in self-guided conversations about specific topics. Typically, conversations have co-hosts who hold differing views, perhaps from different ethnic groups, socioeconomic backgrounds or political parties. Each co-host invites two friends and the group follows an easy-to-use format and set of questions to get acquainted with each other and with each other's viewpoints on a chosen topic. These conversations foster new relationships and often reveal common ground.
