A 120 bed skilled nursing facility. The nursing department provides skilled nursing care on a daily basis per nys doh guidelines. The goal of skilled nursing care is to help improve the resident's condition and to maintain the resdeint's condition and prevent it from getting worse. The team of rehabilitation specialists helps people reach their highest physical potential in a safe and supervised environment. Physical therapy identifies and works toward acheieving maximum ability through strengthening, stretching and relearning motor skills. Occupational therapy helps to expand this ability through the proper use of adaptive equipment, and learning alternative methods for accomplishing tasks of every day living. The facility had approximately 39,365 resident days in 2022.
