Maui Youth Philharmonic Orchestra offers high-quality music education instruction, experiences, and performances to the youth in Maui County. The orchestra's mission is to provide these opportunities to all students, including underserved youth. Recently, MYPO has started Strings in the Schools program to reach those who may not have access to classical string instruments. The Beginning Strings program provides an opportunity for youth between 7-15 years old to learn how to play a classical string instrument.
