Membership - the Massachusetts Workforce Association (mwa) is the voice for the commonwealth's Workforce development system, encompassing an array of partners and stakeholders, including the masshire career centers and Workforce boards. Mwa provides a unified voice of the state's regionally-led Workforce development system to ensure it is responsive to the dynamic demands of businesses, job seekers, incumbent workers, and youth throughout the commonwealth.
Training - mwa convenes our members for strategic partnership development, peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities, including quarterly meetings and an annual meeting.
Advocacy - mwa is a thought-leader for Workforce development, sharing best practices and elevating our members' local expertise and strengths statewide and nationwide. Mwa advocates for public policies and resources to support our members in meeting the talent needs of local businesses and connecting job seekers to Employment and career pathways.
