Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance advocates for Fiscal responsibility, transparency, and accountability in state government and increased economic opportunity for the people of our commonwealth.in 2017, Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance provided educational opportunities and information to the public through the following means:electronic and online mediamassachusetts Fiscal Alliance continued to maintain its state legislative scorecard website (www.massfiscalscorecard.org) as an online presence to reach a larger audience. The scorecard website is a real-time online legislative scorecard that identifies in a neutral and non-partisan manner, Massachusetts lawmakers, their districts and voting record on key issues that deal with state transparency, taxes, spending and the budget. Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance also continues to develop an email list that includes several thousand members. In addition, we incorporated a "call to action" option that allows the public and our members to engage their lawmaker on key issues.
