The scholarship program includes full tuition for a student interested in attending the local community college for 2 years before transferring to a 4 year university or college.
Habitat for Humanity seeks sponsorship to build affordable housing for low income individuals. MLKCC was the major sponsor for a home being built by Habitat for Humanity for a single a parent who qualified under their guidelines for qualifying for a home.
