Community Crossroads Program designed to assess the vocational potential of the individual, sixteen years of age or older, to identify the needs for training and to determine the feasibility for employment. No charge for this program.
Supported Living Program designed to assist an individual in obtaining community based residential housing and providing support to those individuals at no charge.
Provides round trip transportation from home to facility and back. Served at no charge.
