Program areas at Marshall County Arts Commission
Students learn to read music and play instruments such as guitar and piano.
Smart camp allows campers to learn as they sing, dance, perform and create art about personalities such as the wright brothers, alexander graham bell, neil armstrong and julia child.
A theatrical production of a christmas carol was put on by the Arts center for the community along with a stroll through the new garden which was decorated like candy land.
Childrens theatre was organized for elementary students with performances for public and school audiences.
Dance class is a beginner combination class of ballet, tap and pre-jazz.
Choir is where kids can join other voices in song while learning the fundamentals of singing.
Hawaiian camp has students spend the days playing ukulele, learning simple dance moves, tasting yummy treats and generally learning the fun of Hawaiian culture.
Arts classes are provided to children in grades k-5.
Adventurous artists is where campers will explore our new outdoor gardens for inspiration in their art projects. Perfect for that active camper that loves the outdoors to channel those creative juices into the fine Arts.
