Markle, as a part of its rework america alliance initiative, supported and participated in the community of care, a component of the Indiana achievement wallet (iaw) pilot project. The iaw aims to establish a technical, skills based infrastructure that promotes interoperability for learner-workers to develop, validate, and promote their skills in the healthcare profession within the state of Indiana.
Markle, as a part of its rework america alliance initiative, led the devlopment, launch, and facilitation of a four-part foundational skills training for frontline staff at seven indianapolis bridges to career opportunities sites. This training educated bridges coaches on strengths-based, human-centered, and equity driven coaching.
