Program areas at Mansmann Foundation
Entrepreneurs forever, the principle program of the Mansmann Foundation, implements long-term entrepreneurial peer groups composed of existing small business owners who are often isolated, disconnected, and intentionally excluded from the ceo peer group organizations accessible to much larger businesses. The entrepreneurs forever's model has been carefully designed to strengthen the relationships and skills needed for small business owners to stabilize and grow their small businesses, thus increasing family income, creating new jobs, and contributing to the vitality of their communities. Beginning in 2023, the Mansmann Foundation is doing business as entrepreneurs forever in order to avoid market confusion. Also, in 2022, the Foundation submitted a request for an advance ruling from the irs, form 8940, to transition its status from a private operating Foundation to a public charity, which was approved by the irs july 2023 with the 60 month period beginning january 1, 2023.
