The Center offers a coordinated system of healthcare and social services for the elderly and their families. Throughout the aging cycle, our wide range of services provides a continuum of care in a variety of settings, including the community and the individual's own home. The Center prides itself on the innovative programs it offers and its mission to provide healthcare services to seniors regardless of their ability to pay.
