Community development and outreach financial institutions and government agencies - lmsdi is working with financial institutions, universities, government agencies, and community based organizations, to determine the level of private vs public affordable housing in 90 pittsburgh neighborhoods. The research produced 6 publications which can be found on pghlending.com lmsdi website- lmsdi produced a website titled pghlending.com which analyzed over 900 financial institutions and their lending practices in pittsburgh's 90 neighborhoods plus 9 council-matic districts. Website analysis is for private sector affordable housing vs public sector affordable housing.
Research lmsdi community analysis of vacant properties - over 434 vacant properties in the Lower marshall shadeland neighborhood were assessed to determine the condition of readiness for rehabilitation. The housing will be used to house veterans and low-moderate income residents.
