Article 28 - Long Island Select Healthcare provides diagnostic and treatment services including comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health, medical specialties, therapeutic specialties, and chronic care management services. Total number of patients: 6,333. Lish participates in the 340b program (medicare) which requires drug participating drug manufacturers and pharmacies to sign a pharmaceutical price agreement with the secretary of health and human services. This agreement limits the price that manufacturers may charge certain "covered entities' for covered outpatient drugs.
Other services - the organization is a federally qualified health center subrecipient of sun river health, inc.'s federal award under health resources and services administration (hrsa) both for health care and american rescue plan act (arpa) programs.
