In 2023, the organization ran a physical community center out of its hq facility and operated 4 core programs 1) a program to support under-resourced entrepreneurs which served 22 minority entrepreneurs of low to moderate income through incubation programming and ongoing technical assistance, 2) a technology education and youth empowerment program which served 250 youth through a mixture of in-school and out-of-school time programming, 3) a violence prevention program which performed 80 violence prevention mediations and held 30 families on their case worker load for referrals to service at the end of 2023, and 4) an arts and culture event series, called open mic which carried out 12 events that brought together over 600 people from the community.
