Leadership Institute: "Building a leadership legacy" programs and events: Leadership Livingston:- The program identifies emerging leaders in the community and provides exposure to the issues and assests of the local community. It consists of a ten-month certificate program presenting the concerns facing our towns, villages, businesses, and Not-For-Profit organizations through hands-on experiences on site around Livingston County.- The program utilizes key County leaders as guest speakers to send the message of collaboration to enhance the quality of life for the community. Topics discussed in monthly sessions include goverment, public safety, economic development, and human services. Community service involvement is a prerequisiste for completion of the program. leadership ll:- A full day's experience to renew friendships and increase knowledge of the current trends in leadership training. Certificate program consists of an afternoon seminar, time for networking, a dinner speaking, and a breakfast speaker. Leadership lll:- Advances certificate program to refresh and enhance leadership skills. Program includes distinguished leadership award luncheon, guest speakers, and seminars. Leadership for Living:- Commitee to address the leadership needs of the young professionals and create a "Think Tank" to discuss the migration of the recent college graduates from the community. Inovolvement in community service and vounteerism is part of the commitee's mission. Leadership Roundtable:- This program encourages chief executive officers, buinsess owners, executive directors, and communtity leaders to share with each other valuable leadership skills and tools. A series of working breakfasts and lunches with a facilitator and follow up activities. Discovery Leadership:- This program is designed to assist retirees identify their strengths and interests in order to address the needs of orhanizations and businesses in Livingston county for support, advice, and leadership through volunteerism. Green Livingston:- An annual collaborative effort by partnering with the state university of New York College at Geneseo to provide eco-friendly education for the development of green initiatives in Livingston County.

Genesee Valley Educational Partnership- To build professional capacity in career readiness and CTE learning opportunities for the emerging workforce by increasing opportunities for students to become career ready by working with the nine (9) Livingston County School Districts and employers to collaborate in planning, coordinating and implementing education to employment activities and events that promote career exploration and foster student pathways to achieve skills, dispositions and competenicies for the world of work.

Scholarship Award Program:- The scholarship program is limited to graduating high school senior residing in Livingston County School Districts and employers to collaborate in planning, coordinating and implementing education to employment activities and events that promote career exploration and foster student pathways to achieve skills, Dispositions and Compentencies for the world of work.

In 2021, the Livingston County Education Alliance (LCEA) began a working relationship with Nepris, a national online platform, that connects students and educators with career professional virtually through a variety of engagement models: live industry chats, teacher requested sessions, a video content library, and the career explorer. LCEA contracted directly with Nepris for a 3 year contract to develop and manage a regional landing page (white label), the career connector of LCNY powered by Nepris, which allows local businesses the opportunity to showcase their careers and professionals directly to local students first, while additionally provding access to national employers. In tandem with this, LCEA facilitated the contracts between 6 local school districts and Nepris for district licenses (software subscriptions) that allow students and educators to have access to the corporate partners and engagement models available within the platform. Those contracts were processed through LCEA's education to employement district agreements through GV Boces under the Arts and Education visiting expert coser.

GLOW: This experiential career awareness and exploration event that connects a wide array of businesses from the Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming County area (GLOW) with students and educators from 28 school districts in the GLOW region. Employers showcase in-demand careers in Agriculture, Food Production, Manufacturing, and Skilled Trades. The incredible hands on engagement has students laying bricks, spreading concrete, welding, drive heavy equipment, learning the vast technological advancements in agriculture, diving into equpiment used in advanced manufacturing and more. Career professionals with these companies have meaningful conversations with students about what a day in the life looks like, job outlooks, income potential, and the variety of pathways into these careers. Students learned about the direct relevance of their course work in middle and high school (what classes they should be taking), BOCES programming that aligns with career development, and post-secondary training, certifications, and/or degrees that are needed to work in these fields.
