Home modification program provides home accessibility for people with disabilities.
Transition services assist people with significant disabilities move from nursing homes and other institutions to home and community-based residences.
Skills training program involces teaching an individual the skills needed to live independently.
Peer counseling and support provides advocacy and emotional support groups for people with disabilities. Information and referral program provides contact information to various service organizations that serve people with disabilities. Advocacy program provides public outreach services to educate the public about the needs of people with disabilities.
