Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD)

During the 2021-2022 fiscal year, Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. (l.a.d.d., Inc.) continued with high satisfaction throughout the continued public health emergency as noted by the persons served, families, cmh agencies, and carf international. Ladd received another three-year accreditation through carf, which is the maximum organizations can receive. the carf report identified no recommendations and noted this accomplishment is achieved on only 3 percent of carf surveys. L.a.d.d., Inc. Provides high quality staffing services across southwest Michigan contracting with four different community mental health agencies and two insurance companies providing services in community homes and at 66 program sites. L.a.d.d., Inc. 's executive director maintained high outcomes with numerous cite free audits from cmh agencies, pihp, and lara.
