The Missouri Lions all-state band promotes youth by providing a camp and a trip. The youth are taught about various Lions programs during presentations given at the camp. The band attends the Lions International convention when the convention is held in the united states and leads the Missouri Lions delegation in the Lions International parade.
Promoting the interest of the State of Missouri and Missouri Lionism at the Lions International Convention.
Lions International supports the Missouri Lions eye research foundation (mlerf) dba saving sight. Saving sight carries on research and provides eye banking activities for the state of Missouri.
