True Worth Place provides day shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness by providing safe shelter away from the elements. True Worth Place is a resource center that offers guest basic necessities such as showers, lockers for storage of belongings, access to mail, computers, phones, laundry, and case management all designed to reduce barriers to housing and break the cycle of homelessness. In additon to day shelter services and case management, True Worth Place serves as the central resource center for service providers to bring services directly to individuals experiencing homelessness. In 2023, fifty three service providers regularly provided services at True Worth. These included access to housing, employment, life skills, critical documents, diversion services, mental healthcare, (cont on sch o) education, and mainstream benefits. True Worth Place provided services to 5,389 unduplicated individuals in 2023.
