Program areas at Life Enrichment Center
The Center provides classes in Tai Chi, Low Impact Excercise, Yoga and a variety of types of dance classes; designed to promote strength, range of motion, healthy circulation, movement and bone density for our participants to remain active, independent and productivethroughtout their lives.
The Center provides professionally instructed Art classes in a diverse range of media andapplications designed to challenge individuals. Challenging intellectual and creative artisticpursuits-taught by professionals-has proven to have remarkable impact and long term healthand well-being for adults to maintain high functioning, active and independent, well into theirsenior years. Diverse opportunities include ongoing classes in a wide range of media suchas: Creative Writing, Pastels, Watercolor, Drawing, Oil and Acrylic, and Clay. We alsoprovide art based workshops in techniques and additional media.
