Due to COVID and the pandemic, our Rotary Foundation had no service projects, but we were able to grant $2,000 to the local Rockbridge Christmas Basket Program which benefits local youth with food and Christmas gifts. We estimate about 2,000 youth. Primary purpose of the organization is to raise funds to benefit various local youth programs and, when a funds are available, college scholarship for local students. The LDRCF donated $2k to RCB, $2k to W&L Kitchen food program for elementary youth, $1k Boys Home of Virginia and $1k RARA food bank.
