Education and prevention - 17,962 people served. A large part of being healthy is being informed. As a patient at Legacy, we will help you make informed decisions with our Health promotion and education programs. See schedule o for more information.
Financial assistance is provided for hiv medications for those awaiting approval for the tx hiv medication program - 4,400 people served with 8,184 visits/transactions. Ancillary medications not covered by these state programs - 2,344 patients served with 18,276 transactions. Financial assistance for the payment of Health insurance premiums, co-pays/co-insurance, and deductibles to qualified individuals living with hiv - 2,407 were served with 18,237 visits. These programs are also available to hiv positive patients who qualify through the ryan white care act - 6,353 patients served with 26,551 transactions.
