Lwd summit - this invitation-only gathering convened 200 prominent african american Women from across the country for insightful, authentic and energizing conversations and connections highlighting the theme "wanderful journeys," which provided a frame for robust programming featuring dynamic fireside chats, inspiring master classes, engaging wellness activities, and unforgettable moments that define the lwd experience. It reinforced for attendees that our path forward is never a straight line, but filled with unexpected and imperfect opportunities that allow for new and exciting chapters of our individual and collective journey. With a cross-section of incredibly accomplished Women, representing all industries, from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, lwd provided a sacred and safe space for connection among this sisterhood. It was a place for renewal and restoration, as well as collaboration and community building. Attendees departed the experience feeling seen, heard, and supported, ready to continue Leading in their pursuits and passions, both personally and professionally.
Lwd savor the summer - the savor the summer event is an opportunity to recharge and refresh in the oasis of sisterhood to create space for self-care and serendipity.
Lwd rising leaders summit - the rising leaders summit is a curated convening of up to 25 aspiring Women, all between the ages of 25 and 35 years of age, representing diverse industries, who are excelling early in their careers and exceeding expectations in their passions and pursuits. This intimate gathering is designed to provide a framework, early in their professional journey, that empowers them at the most holistic and highest levels, as they learn how to lead and prepare to make great impact in the world. The summit will engage both emerging founders and executives across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
Lwd Women in tech - a gathering of 50 black female leaders in tech, representing a mix of founders and executives across the private/public/nonprofit sectors, with the goal to create community and connection, while presenting a dynamic program anchored in artificial intelligence the technology that is rapidly transforming the world.
