Accelerators: This program selects small teams of peers that are working on a similar problem or issue with innovative solutions. Through a series of meetings, conference calls, web dialogues and planning tools, these churches accomplish a significant leap in their organizational performance. We bring a variety of resources and tools that address both the unique challenges of the individual organizations within the community as well as the mega challenges of the majority of the members. Additionally, we provide a framework for peer accountability to keep the process on track and moving forward with accelerated results.

Other: 1) Several times each year, Leadership Network holds other gatherings to identify trends and new innovations, to provide a place for clients to learn from each other and certain experts. 2) Publishers pay Leadership Network a fee for the sale of books for which Leadership Network assisted in content and author contract negotiations.

Multiplication: The knowledge gleaned from clients is valuable to churches and non-profit organizations throughout the world. By the production of books, tool kits, white papers, web casts, videos and various other forms of media, Leadership Network makes this knowledge available to a greater client base.Leadership Network distributes a regularly produced publication and a number of practical tools in order to communicate our learnings to clients throughout the world. In 2018, our free e-publications were distributed to approximately 42,900 Leadership Network clients.
