Law Enforcement Health Benefits (LEHB) is the health and welfare fund for the Philadelphia police officers, sheriff's and county detectives. Our coverage extends to active, retired officers and their spouses. We currently have approximately 10,000 families including Medicare members and their surviving spouses. Our long established goal has been to provide the highest level of medical benefits for Philadelphia police officers and their families at the lowest possible cost to the taxpayers of Philadelphia.
