Program areas at Laurel Arts

Laurel Arts dance - students from kindergarten to 12th grade enroll in a 9- month class of ballet, tap, jazz, pointe or performance. There were 129 students with a year-end recital attended by 904 individuals.
Classes and summer camps in the Arts. Offer various classes in the Arts and health wellness. The various programs have provided services to 842 students and individuals.
Studio kids preschool - provide a preschool program with a unique academic and Arts focused curriculum. The approach calls for the integration of the Arts as a tool for cognitive linguistic and social development. The program was attended by 32 students.
Other events - Laurel Arts provides various art related activities for the community during the year. These events included music on the lawn performances, uptown mural, music performances, and the imagination garden at Laurel Arts. Laurel Arts maintains a year around gallery which is open to the public and showcases student, local and non-local artists. Laurel Arts provides information to members on the Arts; in conjunction with local schools provide art related classes; maintain a permanent art collection.
