Last Day Dog Rescue's mission is to rescue dogs and cats whose lives are at risk and reduce the number of homeless and euthanized pets. They provide basic needs, care, and place them with loving families. LDDR is a no-kill animal rescue based in Livonia, Michigan that saved 122 animals in 2020. Each animal is spayed/neutered, fully vetted to good health before adoption, given heartworm and tick/flea preventive, and microchipped.

Program areas at Last Day Dog Rescue

Each animal is spayed/neutered if age appropriate and fully vetted to good health before adoption. Heartworm and tick and flea preventative for each dog and cat is given to each foster animal and each animal is microchipped. LDDR rescued 215 animals in 2023. LDDR had 88 dog/puppy adoptions and 82 cat/kitten adoptions.
