Kode with Klossy is a charitable organization that aims to inspire members of the female and femme/non-binary community to discover and pursue their interests in technology. Kode with Klossy provides those individuals with a community experience that promotes its community members' confidence and access to important networking and skill-building opportunities. Kode with Klossy is organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes, and as described in more detail below, Kode with Klossy furthers its purposes by (1) empowering and assisting young adults, including students at colleges and universities across the united states, to organize and host hackathons (often described as invention marathons) for its gender-marginalized community, (2) promoting inclusivity-focused research, and (3) providing professional development resources in technology industries for its gender-marginalized community.
