Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation

Modernization campaign - consistent with our vision to provide excellence in healthcare for our community, the Kaweah health Foundation board of directors voted to fundraise for projects and equipment requested by frontline medical teams throughout the district.

Oshpd gme family grant is used for the purpose of supporting programs that train family and primary care physicians, osteopathic family physicians, primary care physician assistants, registered nurses and primary care nurse practitioners to provide needed services in areas of unmet need within the state.

Grant to Kaweah Delta hospice Foundation to support hospice care for patients of Kaweah Delta Hospital district.

Hope in motion campaign - funds are used to install a new safegait system at Kaweah health's rehabilitation.with the addition of safegait 360 balance and mobility training, the rehabilitation Hospital can increase patients' confidence and reduce their fears of falling with a track-and-harness system that assists with balance and fall prevention. This system's software tracks patients' movements, so the therapist can make adjustments quickly and safely, while letting patients learn to negotiate stairs, transfers and floor exercises.the hope in motion campaign will allow us to take our therapy, and our stroke rehab, to the next level. That new piece of equipment will benefit a lot of diagnoses such as amputation, people recovering from debilitation, any type of neurological disease, but we are a stroke specialty center and we really focus on stroke rehabilitation.

All programs are dedicated to providing innovative and advanced medical technology, educational training for staff, and improving patient service at all levels.
